My name is Piglet and I'm a little pink pig. Well, really, I'm a cat. A Sphynx. But I look like a little pink pig.
My older brother, Grover, is a Devon Rex. He writes here, too, but don't believe anything he says.
We live in a tree house in New York City with our mom and we thank you for visiting!

I Get By With A Little Help From My Friend
Piggy is feeling wonky today (and also rapidly losing weight since he lost his BFF...but let's not go there), so Grover feels that laying on his ear will help.
We love how Grover and Piggy snuggle together in Vito's absence. That was a beautiful gift that he left them. Please eat up little Piggy, so that you can stay strong,
Our pets can grieve too and sometimes it takes a physcial turn. I have tried the homeopathic remedy Ignatia Amara and dissolved a few pelets int he water. My vet did this with her cat who lost his BFF and she turned around beautifully. Sending good vibes to Piggy and all.

I think Grover is singing in Piggy's ear:
♫ Lay your head upon my pillow
Hold your warm and tender body
Close to mine... ♫
Poor Piggy... we believe that grief occurs in animals as well as humans. And Grover is doing all he can to help.
We like the Beatles song cited in the post title, but we like the song Daisy cited even better. Ray Price's version, of course.
oh Piggy, we are sorry that you are feeling so bad that Vito is gone. Please eat buddy and gain some weight back!!!
Good job consoling him Grover.
We like that Grover is trying to help Pig. Now Piggy you need to start gaining that weight back. xoxo
Piggy, please let your heart heal as soon as you can. Listen to Grover, he's there for you.
There is a T-Touch technique that involves gently massaging the ear flap...I think that is what Grover is doing...so Piggy will respond and be well...

It's always hard to lose a BF, whether human or furry.
Piggy, please feel better.
It's nice when your brother comforts you. Keep listening to his singing and get well soon.
