When Pigs Fly?

Mobile Phone Upload - Grover wearing a washcloth for no apparent reason

Hi.

It's Grover.

Listen, thank you so much for all your emails and comments. We're still not going to be back to regular blogging for a while, but I thought I'd share this picture my mom took of me. She has no idea how this washcloth got on my back and I am remaining silent on the issue. Let's just say I am beginning to realize my power (ever hear of Super Grover?) and I intend to use it. So, consider yourself warned, Pig.

Our mom has been under-the-weather for nearly two months now, so of course it means WE don't get to blog because she's way too self-involved with things like getting enough sleep and coughing and scratching this rash; but, apparently she's not feeling too sick to have a visit from Shana's mom and turn Pig into a video star.

Harrumph.

Love,

Grover

P.S. When I figure out how to use that washcloth to make me fly, I so BETTER get my own video!

Interesting things are happening at your place, Grover... interesting and some of them unexplained. Well, the truth is out there, and we mean *way* out there.

Sending serious healing vibes and purrayers for your human mom...

G'day Grover, it's good to get an update. We love your idea of the cape - just give us an update when your super powers kick in, and we'll start working on our own...

Sorry that your Mom is not feeling so good, and really sorry for Piggy that she felt well enough to make THAT video. It's gonna give cat moms everwhere bad ideas.

Hope your Mom feels better soon,

Purrs

Jake, Maus and my newest naked kid, Moshe' are all glad to hear from you, Grover. Don't give Piggy too hard a time, it's a lot of work to be naked and handsome.

Hi Grover! I am glad to hear from you, and it is good that you are beginning to know how to harness your Super Grover powers. Please only use your special powers for Good.

I hope your mom feels better soon!

Hi Grover - we are glad to hear from you!

Listen, we think that in order to make your cape make you fly, you need a clothes pin to attach it around your neck.

Hi Grover, it is good to hear from you. We think you should be wearing a different colored cape than white tho. Superheros need colorful capes. Poor Piggy - what a horrible thing to have done to him.

Piglet, I would wish death on my Meowm if she did that to me....hang in there bud...karma can be a real bitch, or so we are told.

We are sorry your Mom has the itchies. Hopefully that will go away soon!

Grover, if you get that cape to work, let usknow how you did. Being a superhero sounds fun to us!

Grover (and Piggie)

We were just about to write to you to check up on your two. So you posted the mews just in time and we can relax a little. Hope your Mewmie feels better soon. And while we enjoyed Pigs Vid...we think you and your cape could also be a feature film!

That photo of you, Grover, is about the funniest thing I have ever seen. I am sure it drives you mad for someone to say that. I am sure you are indeed flying when no one is looking. But it makes me smile to see you preparing to take flight. You'll just have to accept you are very cute. Sorry!
